Internship in Global Solution Center Poland Head Office

Join our Global Solution Center Poland Head Office as a Trainee and gain hands-on experience in analytical work close to senior management. This role is designed for candidates with strong Excel skills, high attention to data quality, and an interest in financial analysis, budgeting, projections and business performance support.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Collaboration and Support: collaborate closely with GSCP Head and GSCP Chief of Staff, Project Managers, attend team and project meetings, and assist in the preparation of debriefings. Additionally, monitor and support various initiatives within the department

• Information Management: collect and manage information required for meetings and presentations and assist in updating trackers and dashboards to ensure they accurately reflect the project's progress

• Presentation Preparation: assist in preparing and updating presentations for stakeholders, and conduct research on various aspects to provide valuable insights and recommendations

• Data Collection and Analysis: collect, validate and analyze financial and operational data to support management decisions, budgeting processes, business planning and performance tracking

• Excel-based Reporting and Projections: build and maintain structured Excel files, trackers, reports and simple financial projections; prepare charts and materials ensuring consistency, accuracy and high quality of underlying data

We expect from the candidates:

Studies & experience:

• Student status for the entire duration of the internship (preferably in economics, finance, or banking-related studies)

• Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week

Language skills:

• Good knowledge of spoken & written English, Polish nice to have

Technical, operational & soft skills:

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data structuring and working with larger datasets; Power BI will be considered an advantage

• Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit

• Strong analytical mindset, precision, attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality in Excel files, presentations and other business materials

• Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, business cases or financial projections, with interest in developing towards a junior analytical role in a financial services environment
