Responsibilities

The Junior Project Manager supports the delivery of business and data-related projects within the Compliance Data Management Office. The role assists senior project managers and business stakeholders in project planning, coordination, reporting, documentation, and follow-up activities while gaining exposure to project management methodologies, data governance, and compliance processes.

Specifically, you will be required to:

1.       Project Coordination

·       Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, status reports, and meeting materials.

·       Organize project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions.

·       Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

·       Support stakeholders in gathering business requirements.

·       Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

2.       Reporting & Monitoring

·       Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards.

·       Monitor KPIs and project progress against agreed timelines.

·       Consolidate information received from various stakeholders.

·       Escalate risks or delays to senior project managers when necessary.

3.       Data & Process Support

·       Assist in data quality initiatives and remediation follow-up.

·       Perform basic data analysis using Excel, Power BI or internal tools.

·       Support the creation and maintenance of procedures and process documentation.

·       Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

4.       Stakeholder Management

·       Maintain effective communication with teams in Bucharest, Paris, and other locations.

·       Build working relationships with business and support teams.

·       Participate actively in project governance meetings.

·       Ensure information is shared accurately and on time.

5.       Operational Excellence

·       Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.

·       Maintain project documentation repositories.

·       Support audit requests and evidence collection activities.

·       Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Profile required

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Very good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn domain-specific tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent capacity for synthesis.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in French & English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain constructive working relationships.
