Lead Software Engineer- Java

• Code Construction – Write code that is maintainable and re-usable, and within project specific design framework, follow coding standards. Standard will have to be mastered.
• Design – Participate in technical design of the front end
• Manage Technical Design (Low-Level Design) i.e. produce or peer review and ensure that the system will be flexible and maintainable
• Testing – Perform appropriate testing on new developed functionally as well as other immediate functional areas impacted by code changes.
• Implement Junits
• Ensure the continuity between project developments and correction/change developments
• Quality Assurance – Adhere to standards / guidelines & SDLC process at all the times and application of best practices to improve quality of work
• Follow Configuration Management processes defined within the project
• High reactivity, pro-activeness and autonomy within the team, participate to the SCRUM meetings
• Maintain and update the DEVELOPPEMENT environment

• Require 5 to 8 years related experience
• Clear understanding of software development life cycle and process orientated.
• Experience in working along with teams in different locations and coordinating amongst them
• Experience in developing in agile mode.
