Operational Risk Analyst

As an Operational Risk Analyst you will play an important role in safeguarding our banking processess. You will be responsible for ensuring that risk assesments are accurate, controls are robust, and that our risk mitigation framework aligns with the Group’s evolving methodologies.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Analyzing and monitoring compliance of the codification of banking processes, the correctness of risk assignments and relevant periodic controls or other non-systemic mitigants for Global Banking Technologies and Operations (“GBTO”)

• Creating and codifying of controls related to risks generated by activities and processes in operational systems according to Group’s methodology and evolution of control plan

• Monitoring of KPIs and KRIs related to operational risk

• Supporting stakeholders in the timely closure of Second and Third Line of Defense recommendations

• Ensuring the quality and completeness of data used in assigned activities, as well as preparing management reports, analyses, and information related to supervised areas

You will be best suited for this role if:

• You hold a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• You have experience in operational risk, internal audit, or another function responsible for the oversight and control of operational processes

• You have a good understanding of operational risk frameworks in the banking sector and relevant regulatory requirements

• You are fluent in English; knowledge of French would be a strong advantage

• You are proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• You demonstrate a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a continuous focus on process effectiveness and risk mitigation
