Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Owner for Microsoft 365 (O365) Services to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise collaboration, productivity, and digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Microsoft 365 services with strong product ownership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and Agile delivery experience. While working knowledge of SharePoint is desirable, the role prioritizes holistic O365 service ownership including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, security, compliance, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Manage Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint 
- Lead stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
- Own Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization
- Drive user adoption and governance strategies
- Ensure compliance with security and enterprise standards

Agile Delivery & Execution

  • Own and manage the product, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value.

Participate in:

  • Sprint planning
  • Backlog grooming
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Make trade-off decisions based on business priorities and technical feasibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • User adoption and engagement metrics.
  • Platform stability and performance.
  • Delivery of roadmap milestones.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Reduction in operational inefficiencies via O365 solutions.

Profile required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven Product Owner experience in Agile environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 expertise (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Admin Center)
- Knowledge of licensing, governance, and integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Microsoft 365 Expertise

Deep functional and operational knowledge in:

  • Exchange Online
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Licensing and tenant management
  • Integration with Azure services (basic understanding expected)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online is good to have.

Familiarity with:

·        Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

·        Microsoft Viva

·        Microsoft Graph APIs

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on user experience.
Experience

10+ years IT experience, 3-5+ years as Product Owner

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; Microsoft 365 certifications and Scrum certifications desirable
