Responsibilities

The Regulatory and Administrative Operations Team is seeking a Sanctions and Embargoes Analyst. Our team oversees a wide range of projects and operational activities at both global and regional levels. This includes, among others, Data Records Management, Normative Documentation Governance, Sanctions and Embargoes, Anti‑Bribery and Corruption, as well as many other initiatives critical to the organization’s regulatory and operational framework.

In this role, you will interact with senior management on global and regional level, gaining valuable exposure to governance and operations within one of the world’s largest financial institutions. This position offers a unique chance to gain a deep understanding of governance, products and systems used in international investment banking.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Assisting in the coordination and monitoring of sanctions and embargoes framework on global and regional level

  • Supporting the maintenance of cartography of transactional flows and referential data within designated business area

  • Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of coordinated operations by supervised units

  • Controlling the quality and completeness of data used in the performance of assigned tasks and responsibilities

  • Production of operational management and oversight documentation including inter alia Excel and Word files as well as PowerPoint presentations

  • Animating communication with serviced entities and proper stakeholders

  • Contributing to development and realization of required action plans in case of identified needs for actions

  • Providing assistance to senior management of serviced organizational units on other designated topics

Profile required

  • You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You have a degree in business, administration, economics, finance or law

  • You have completed traineeships or gained professional experience within international financial institutions

  • You know how to use MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver results on time

  • You are proficient in English and have strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a culturally diverse environment
