Responsibilities

Overall Job Purpose (Why)

• Develop .NET components supporting MS Dynamics CRM and related systems.

• Learn and adopt MS Dynamics CRM concepts (Dataverse, plugins, configuration).

• Contribute to CRM releases through backend integrations and API development.

• Adhere to development practices, policies and engineering standards.

Key Accountabilities (What)

• Build/maintain C#/.NET APIs, backend services, and integration layers with Dynamics.

• Support CRM releases with backend logic and supporting services.

• Collaborate with the Dynamics Configurator for data model alignment.

• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, documentation and deployment activities.

• Troubleshoot issues related to .NET–Dynamics interaction and integration flows.

Profile required

Required Skills (All Developers)

• Strong C#/.NET 6+ development experience.

• Good understanding of SQL, ORM, and integration patterns.

• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, secure coding practices.

• Familiarity with Git, branching strategies and CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred).

• Strong debugging and analytical/problem solving skills.

Additional Skills (Developer 1 – Dynamics Exposure)

• Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM/Dataverse.

• Understanding of CRM APIs, entities, and plugin triggers is beneficial.
