Trade Finance Specialist
Responsibilities
The Guarantees and Trade Finance Department oversees the processes for domestic and international guarantees, as well as other trade finance products. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to businesses across a range of trade finance products and deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Communicating with clients to determine the details of bank guarantees
Preparing guarantee wording, letters of credit terms, and customer applications for issuance.
Collaborating closely with the Front Office and Legal Department to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Handling the registration, booking, and fee maintenance of trade finance products.
Processing and managing bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other trade finance products, including amendments, document examination, and related operational activities
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
You have prior experience in trade finance products; knowledge of international guarantees and letters of credit would be a strong asset
You enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders across different seniority levels within an international environment
You demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams
You have strong writing and analytical skills, pay close attention to detail, and are committed to continuously developing your professional expertise
You are fluent in Polish and have a good command of English
