Responsibilities

Responsibilities : 

  • Prepare and submit China regulatory reports; act as maker; ensure data quality and deadline compliance.
  • Prepare and submit connected transaction regulatory reports via NFRA governance platform, EAST and 1104; perform data validation and reconciliation.
  • Support identification and periodic update of connected party lists; support connected party checking tool data maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Risk and Business units; support regulatory inquiries, audits and inspections on connected transaction.
  • Participate in reporting automation and system enhancement projects (logic definition, UAT).
  • Perform data controls, documentation and comply with applicable regulations and mandatory training.
  • Support the operation of the Connected Transaction Control Committee (CTCC), including preparing meeting schedules;collect and meeting materials from relevant stakeholdersand; prepare accurate and timely meeting minutes, maintain committee records, ensuring effective governance processes.
  • Track and follow up on action items arising from CTCC Committee meetings, coordinate with responsible parties, and monitor progress until closure.
  • Conduct periodic review and update of the CTCC Committee Charter to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and organizational changes.
  • Coordinate CT disclosure matters,ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting information.
  • Support the submission of annual Connected Transaction reports through applicable regulatory reporting platforms.
  • Support other regulatory and/or corporate governance matters as assigned.
     

Profile required

 
Profile Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related fields.
  • Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how: Experience in regulatory reporting, finance, risk, compliance or corporate governance within financial institutions; experience with connected transaction reporting is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong regulatory reporting and data analysis skills; solid risk and control mindset; good coordination and communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Computer Skill: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with regulatory reporting systems is a plus.

Department Description
Responsible for the implementation of relevant policies and rules for regulatory reporting, production of regulatory reports at transaction level, design and implementation of the preparation, submission and control of regulatory reports. Responsible for the development and technical support of SG China data warehouse.
