V.I.E. Rates Sales Analyst
Responsibilities
At Societe Generale, VIE will join the sales team which covers Italian financial institutions for rates products such as government bonds, interest rates derivatives and repo financing.
During your VIE, your main mission will be
- Support sales on the daily commercial activities with customers
- Help in product pricing, trades booking and confirmations.
- Solve client issues with other SG support functions.
- Collect data and elaborate reports on desk activity.

- Develop deep knowledge of interest rates product and markets
- Daily interactions with clients, team mates and internal support functions.

Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University in business or finance or economics
A previous experience (e.g. as trainee) in banking or finance would be appreciated.
Language skills:
- Fluent in English
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
Strong listening and analytical skills
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Milan is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
