LEGAL EXPERT
Ensure the legal security of our activities and consult on legal matters for the various business areasDo you have a talent for language? Corporate law, litigation, financial law... you will ensure compliance with the laws that govern all of our activities.
You will be the legal counsel for the business areas, particularly on the subject of mergers and acquisitions, legal risks and a range of fields in law.
Your responsabilities
You will be involved in:
- Preventing and settling litigation
- Assisting the operational team in their negotiations
- Writing proceedings and contracts
In this role, you will be asked to assist all of the Group’s entities in managing their legal risks. In order to do this, you will clarify all legal advice and relevant instructions, and you will help to establish normative and contractual legal documentation.
