Mid-Level Business Analyst
Responsibilities

What you will do
•Partner with HR stakeholders and business users to understand, analyze, and document business needs and process requirements.
•Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
•Challenge and improve existing processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
•Act as the primary liaison between business teams, support teams, and technical experts.
HR Systems & Oracle HCM
•Analyze and support enhancements related to Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
•Evaluate impacts of system changes, releases, and patches on business processes.
•Participate in solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
•Support data migration, reporting, and integration-related initiatives.
•Ensure solutions comply with HR policies, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
Production & Change Management
•Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off activities.
•Support change management activities by preparing communication and training materials when required.
•Track project deliverables and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.
•Maintain accurate process documentation, business requirements, and knowledge repositories.
Collaboration
•Work closely with HR, interface team and support team across multiple countries.
•Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
•Support decision-making by providing business insights and recommendations.
Profile required
Experience & Knowledge
•Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
•Experience working with HR systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
•Strong understanding of HR business processes, especially Core HR, Absence Management, and Workforce
Administration.
•Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
•Experience participating in testing activities (UAT, regression testing, validation).
Technical Skills
•Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and configuration principles.
•Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, or similar data management tools is a plus.
•Ability to analyze system behavior and assess business impacts of technical changes.

Language Requirements
•Fluent English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
•French (minimum B1 level) is a plus.
