Payments Back Office Agent
Responsibilities
The Exchange Department is part of the Back Office organization and is responsible for the processing, verification, and settlement of Cash Management operations. The team ensures accurate and timely execution of client instructions while maintaining the highest operational standards and compliance with internal procedures. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional who enjoys operational work, processing transactions, and ensuring that client instructions are executed accurately and on time.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Processing and manually entering client payment instructions into banking systems of European SG entity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable procedures
Reviewing, correcting, and updating transaction data when required to ensure successful execution
Cooperating with Front Office, Middle Office, Customer Services, and other operational teams to resolve processing issues and ensure timely execution of client instructions
Handling operational correspondence and documentation
Ensuring all activities are completed within defined deadlines and service level agreements
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
You enjoy operational work that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
You are comfortable performing repetitive and process-driven tasks while maintaining a high level of quality
You have strong organizational skills and can efficiently manage a high volume of transactions and client instructions
You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, work effectively under time pressure, and are committed to delivering high-quality, error-free work
You have at least 1 year of experience in banking operations, Back Office, payment processing, or a similar administrative environment
You possess effective communication skills and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization
You are fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of French will be considered a strong asset. Candidates fluent in French and English are welcome to apply even without Polish language skills
