Responsibilities

•    Support CPLE tasks of Guangzhou Branch, including but not limited to 
Regulatory watch, regulation notices summary & distribution;
Assisting gap analysis to new regulations and implementation of regulatory requirements in the bank;
Regulatory survey & routine reporting processing;
Regulatory meeting
Other tasks assigned by manager.
•    Support other local operational and administrative work of Guangzhou Branch, including ops, corporate service and IT.

Profile required

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, preferred major in Business, Finance or Law
  • Minimum 1 years work experience in foreign bank, better with compliance or operations area;
  • Familiar with local NFRA/SAFE/ PBOC rules & regulations and relevant compliance policies; 
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail-focused; 
  • Able to work prudently under pressure;
  • Good command of verbal and written English and excellent communication skills;
  • Literate in MS applications, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.

    Responsible for assisting the senior management in effectively identifying and managing compliance risks, including the circulation of laws and regulations, establishment of compliance documents, compliance training, compliance review, compliance risk inspection and other compliance risk management activities.
