OTC (Over The Counter) Operations Intern

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily brokerage reconciliations and prepare margin reports;
  • Process trade execution, settlement, and clearing activities for products processed through major clearing houses, including B3 and SELIC;
  • Confirm and affirm transactions with clients;
  • Prepare and distribute monthly position reports, including accrual and mark-to-market (MTM) information;
  • Provide clients with supporting reports related to taxes and trading activities, including IOF, income tax, trade confirmations, and redemption statements;
  • Manage the blocking and unblocking of proprietary and client positions, including BacenJud, B3 margin, and BMC-related processes;
  • Support internal and external stakeholders.

Profile required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Expected graduation date of December 2028 or later.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
  • PQO and/or CPA-20 certification is a plus.
  • Initiative, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and adaptability.
