As part of the Business Transformation Office, you will work across a broad range of strategic and regulatory topics, partnering with business, compliance, legal, tax, and risk teams to support key initiatives and governance frameworks.

The role provides exceptional visibility across the organization, regular interaction with senior stakeholders, and exposure to some of the most significant regulatory and transformation challenges facing a global wholesale bank. It is particularly suited to intellectually curious professionals who enjoy tackling complex topics and turning them into practical solutions.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Partnering with Front Office teams on regulatory, governance, risk, and control-related matters

• Advising on complex transactions and new business activities

• Translating regulatory requirements into practical and scalable operating solutions

• Leading transformation and process improvement initiatives

• Strengthening governance, risk, and control frameworks through ongoing review and enhancement

• Leveraging AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity

• Monitoring key risks and coordinating mitigation and escalation actions

• Building regulatory and risk awareness through training and knowledge-sharing activities

• Supporting governance committees and management forums

• Managing relationships with auditors, regulators, and inspectors and coordinating follow-up actions

You will be best suited for this role if:

• You hold a degree from a leading university or business school and have at least 3 years of experience within the banking or financial services sector, business management, COO offices, transformation and change functions, risk and governance teams, audit, or consulting

• You have a genuine interest in regulatory topics, which will be a strong differentiator in this role

• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and have a strong interest in leveraging digital productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled solutions

• You are fluent in English; French would be an advantage

• You can analyse complex topics and communicate them clearly to different audiences

• You manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

• You build strong relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently
