SSL Iberia structures and delivers tailored financing and investment solutions for Iberian clients across multiple jurisdictions. Its client base includes corporates, financial institutions, public sector entities, and the Société Générale Group, providing high value-added expertise and solutions.
As an Analyst within our SSL team, you will play an active role in the origination and execution of structured transactions. From day one, you will be involved in complex and challenging projects, benefiting from significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, investors, and external advisers.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support to the Vice President, the Director and the Managing Director of SSL Iberia in all required matters for the structuring, origination and execution of structured financing and investment solutions
Preparing financial modelling
Preparing marketing materials for clients, documentation for approvals, including drafting of credit applications and more generally all internal approval procedures and the feeding of SG internal tools
Providing support on KYC procedures and on the review of all legal documentation of the transactions
Monitoring of ad hoc companies set up for SSL transactions

Profile required
Studies & experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration + Law / Tax, or a related discipline
Previous experience (up to 2 years) in: Investment Banking; Transaction Services within a Big Four firm; Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related financial advisory environments
Language skills:
Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
Spanish proficiency is required
French would be a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
Solid financial and accounting skills
Knowledge of legal, regulatory or tax matters would be a plus
Good command of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
