·                Maintain accurate project plans, JIRA records, risks, dependencies, decisions, approvals, status reporting and implementation evidence, escalating material or unresolved issues promptly.

·                Provide business-as-usual technical support for dashboards, datasets, refresh processes and automated workflows, including incident triage, root-cause analysis and controlled releases.

·                Working knowledge of the front-to-back securities trade lifecycle and its key operational risks, controls and performance indicators.

·                Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for Operations management.

·                Experience owning reporting, automation or transformation workstreams within defined governance, from requirements and process mapping through testing, implementation and business-as-usual support.

·                Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple deliverables and communicate clearly across operational and technical teams.

·                Sound understanding of operational risk, information security, change control and controlled production environments, with appropriate judgement regarding validation, decision-making and escalation.
