Mission

Out colleague must prove good development abilities and understanding of the business needs, in order to pe able to act as the liaison between Business, Delivery Teams, Architecture, INFRA, and Roadmap, ensuring continuous monitoring of solution implementation and technical alignment with the business roadmap.

Job Description

The role will prove a strong technical generalist with architecture, integration, and delivery experience capable of understanding dependencies across the entire enterprise landscape and challenging proposed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical oversight of business roadmap initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.
• Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, technical risks, and implementation readiness across roadmap initiatives.
• Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives based on technical feasibility and dependencies.

• Ensure seamless integration of new business solutions into the existing technology ecosystem.
• Coordinate solution dependencies across applications, platforms, infrastructure, security, and data domains.
• Facilitate technical design reviews and integration assessments.
• Identify potential architecture, performance, scalability, and operational risks.

• Act as the primary technical counterpart for Business Owners and Product Management.
• Provide visibility and reporting on delivery status, risks, and implementation progress.

• Establish implementation monitoring mechanisms and technical KPIs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical delivery risks.
• Track roadmap delivery health and solution adoption metrics.
• Ensure production readiness reviews and operational handovers are completed.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and issue resolution activities.

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, operational, and governance requirements.
• Escalate critical issues and recommend remediation actions.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Solution Design, Enterprise Architecture, Program Delivery, or Technology Management.
• Experience leading complex business transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile environments and large enterprise organizations.
• Experience in Banking, Retail Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, or Financial Services (is a plus)
• Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes and integration architectures.

Technology Stack Knowledge

1. Business Applications & Architecture. The role must understand:

• Core Banking Systems, BPM/Workflow solutions; ERP systems; Customer onboarding and servicing platforms
• Document Management Systems; Case Management solutions

2. Integration Technologies (Critical). Must have strong understanding of:

• REST APIs; SOAP services; Open API specifications
• API Gateways (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, Azure API Management)
• Microservices Architecture; Event-Driven Architecture; Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)

• Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Azure Service Bus)

3. Cloud Platforms. Must understand: Azure (preferred for most enterprises); Azure Integration Services; Azure Functions. Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault.

4. Data & Analytics. Required knowledge: SQL; Data Warehouses; Data Lakes; Data Governance;  Master Data Management; Data Lineage

5. Digital Channels. Knowledge of: Web applications; Mobile applications; Omnichannel architectures; Customer Journeys;  Digital onboarding

6. DevOps & Delivery: Need practical understanding of: Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD; Git; GitLab; Jira; Release Management; Environment Management.

7. Observability & Monitoring. Should understand: Application Monitoring, Performance Monitoring, Logging, Alerting. Tools such as:  Instana, Application Insights, Grafana.
