Intern M&A for Consumer Retail and Healthcare Sector Team Q1 – M/F/D

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will help the Consumer Retail and Healthcare M&A team with:

• Preparation, origination and execution of M&A, ECM and other corporate finance transactions

• Analyses of the Consumer Retail and Healthcare industries and of individual companies

• Preparation of client presentation materials

• Research and valuations

Studies & experience:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program, preferably related to finance, business administration or adjacent focus areas

• Previous experience e.g. through accomplished internships in an investment bank is advantageous

Language skills:

• Fluency in English is required (both written and orally)

• German C1

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Excellent numerical skills as well as analytical skills

• Highly motivated and self-driven

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Quality, results-oriented and showing high attention to detail

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
