This Graduate Programme is designed for high-potential talents and allows you to kick-start your career while enhancing your journey through three strategic 8-month rotations.
What to expect in practice? You will benefit from a full 24-month experience combining business expertise, technical skills and networking. You will have the opportunity to discover three different roles within our Paris-based teams.

The 3 key pillars of your journey
Structured Finance
Take part in financing projects within sectors such as natural resources, infrastructure, telecommunications and real estate, while developing strong expertise in deal structuring.
Investment Banking
Contribute to strategic transactions, from debt issuances to leveraged financing and acquisition financing, and gain insight into the key challenges faced by major companies.
Distribution & Credit solutions
Discover financing mechanisms through transformation and distribution to investor clients, and participate in key operations supporting the economy.
