The Information Systems Division in ASSU is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team.
What you will do:
We are looking for an Ops-oriented profile to support the operational follow-up of vulnerability remediation activities within a complex infrastructure environment.
The role focuses on coordinating and monitoring remediation actions, ensuring proper follow-up with relevant teams, and contributing to the consolidation and reporting of vulnerability management activities. The position involves close collaboration with the security team, analysis and processing of vulnerability files, verification of SLAs and target remediation dates, as well as identification of items requiring clarification, follow-up, or escalation.
A certain level of patching follow-up may be required. However, the core of the mission is centered on operational coordination, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and reporting rather than advanced cyber analysis or hands-on DevOps activities.
Profile required
•Junior-Mid level system administrator profile
•Windows/Linux basics
•A solid level of infrastructure understanding
•VM/patching
•Operational security awareness
•Strong follow-up discipline, reporting skills
Other skills:
•Very good interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities
•Having the ability to follow up on topics with diplomacy
•Able to navigate a complex environment
•French speaking: advanced level
