Vos missions au quotidien

You’ll work at Bernstein department, which is the Joint Venture (JV) established between Société Générale (SG) and Alliance Bernstein to provide high quality independent research in equity and cash equity execution services.

Missions

The role will consist in assisting the Sales team in managing client interaction data, and to manage data submissions into client portals, supervised by the Sales Assistants based in London. The primary goals are:
•   Data Management: download interactions from the CRM system on a periodic basis, prepare and review this data with the Sales Team's approval, and submit it to various client aggregators' portals according to client requirements, ensuring deadlines are met.
•    Coding and Data Processing: utilize coding skills, particularly in Python, and advanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables, data analysis, and automation techniques) to process data.
•    Error Resolution: after submitting the main interactions, resolve any data errors and collaborate with the interaction’s submitter, business analysis team, and sales team to address issues and improve processes.
•    Collaboration: work closely with the business analysis team and the main interactions submitter within the sales team, with supervision provided.
•    Ensure all team members have access to relevant information by maintaining transparency and consistency in email communications.
•    Facilitate regular team meetings or briefings to discuss ongoing tasks and address any communication gaps.
•    Provide updates and summaries of key communications to keep the team informed and aligned on objectives.
•    Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

You need to have great attention to detail, be pro-active, a team player and be able to work independently.

The ideal candidate should be a good communicator in spoken and written English language, work well under pressure, have a can-do attitude, be a problem solver and work pro-actively to submit interactions timely and follow up any issue collaborating with the main Bernstein interaction submitter and the business analysis team, thus ensuring the process runs seamlessly.
