Vos missions au quotidien

This position is responsible for providing end-to-end priority production governance across organization. 
This role will be a part of organization’s OPM SSM.

He/She is required to provide expert level support on the end-to-end problem management for the organization’s infra & applications. One of his/her duties will be to provide training to the existing team on production & best practices

  • Experience Req: 7+ Years
  • Managing the stakeholder meetings with appropriate analysis on the trend. French Language is a mandate for this profile.
  • Manage end to end lifecycle of Problem, Obsolescence and IT Resilience
  • Experienced at managing escalations and major incidents driving the incident bridge as well as the stakeholder
    communication.
  • As a member of the Production Group, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure the
     success of our missions
    • a) IT Quality of service: This mission is carried out through:
      • Animation of a governance involving all teams responsible for incident and problem management (in the sense of ITIL) of
         all IT departments.
        • Definition, improvement, and production of Group reporting on IT quality of service in connection with all IT departments
           and second line of defense (LOD2).
        • Monitoring of action plans to remedy major incidents impacting several businesses. 
    • b) IT Obsolescence: The management of IT obsolescence is a key lever for improving the quality and security of our information systems. In
       this context, you will be in charge of:
      • Animation of the Group's IT obsolescence governance
      • Steer and manage action plans to remedy obsolescence within the Group
      • Proposal of evolutions of objectives according to the evolution of threats and risks in connection GCOO/ISR and RISQ/
        NFR 
    • c) IT Resilience: IT Resilience covers both IT disaster recovery and Operational Resilience.
      • You will be notably in charge of the following missions.
        • Animation of the Group's IT resilience governance, involving all the IT Service Continuity Managers of the Group, in
           collaboration with SEGL/DSG, RISQ/NFR and GCOO/ISR.
        • Definition and monitoring of the progress of Group tests.
        • Monitoring of IT resilience management indicators of the Group, integrating the requirements of DORA.
