Purpose of the Role
Primarily responsible for managing small projects or small streams of large programs and/or driving continues improvement initiatives for internal clients (BU/SUs), which includes identifying opportunities, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling to improve efficiencies, reduce cost & coach the business line in managerial/lean best practices.
Responsibilities in the Role
Project Management & Lean Practices
Manage small projects or small streams of large programs with minimal supervision including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing phases.
Support the stream by coaching the managers during their activities leveraging on key concepts of Lean practices.
Build a CI roadmap focused on the priority in order to improve efficiency and contribute to support business in achieving the PG target
Setup the way key managerial practices are driven through people aspect ensuring the managerial system is understood by the teams and it is correctly in place across the teams
Assess periodically the level of maturity of the teams and share with the managers the priority in term of help/support/coaching for the consequent period as the new maturity level to reach
Driving and Managing Efficiency
Identify the key efficiency opportunities with the designated teams & acts as an account manager between Business Line and STX / Risk / Other team to have the efficiency targets achieved
Drive VSM to define “As-Is Analysis” and transition to Future State
Identify, develop and implement the required project deliverables within the defined timelines and budget.
Develop standardization of key reports, data collection and interpretation of results
Recommend methodology to drive process improvement
Co-ordinate to set governance with business partners to identify opportunities to initiate new projects.

Qualifications/Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- Around 5 ~ 7 years of Experience in Project Management and implementation of Lean practices
- Lean Six Sigma GB/BB Certified
Key abilities/skills required:
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Principles & practices
- Project Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Exposure to interaction with senior management
- Strong oral & written communication
- Highly motivated and team player
