• Responsabilities:
• As a Support (Software) Engineer, you will help the business to implement technical solutions by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to technical teams and partners.
• Research, analyze and evaluate requirements for enhancing the existing or for developing new IT applications and operating systems, design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to meet these requirements.
• Define and document the technical functions and processes of the client.
• Analyze the feasibility and elaborate the requirements for new systems or evolutions of the existing systems.
• Coordinate and contribute to User Acceptance Testing phase.
• Manage complex tool issues, technical incidents.
• Identify possible improvements in the tools, processes or procedures and participate in their implementation.
• Understand the technical stakes, challenge them and coordinate the different experts (Infra, Security, business analysts, architects and external provider).
Et si c’était vous ?
• Professional experience:
o At least 2 years of previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Support or Software Engineer.
o Knowledge of IT processes and associated workflows at every deployment phase (whitelisting, authentication methods, API flows; SEG/SET flows etc).
o Mandatory previous knowledge on architecture and data flows.
o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
o Agile methodology knowledge and experience / use of JIRA is a plus.
• Studies:
o University studies completed (Bachelor and/or master’s degree), preferable in IT or Economics.
• Foreign languages:
o B2 in English, B2 in French.
• Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing abilities
o Autonomy, self-learner, ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-cultural team
o Proactive and reactive attitude, team spirit, client oriented
o Analytical thinking, attention to details and appetence for data
o Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to gather information from multiple sources
o Ability to analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures
