Vos missions au quotidien

Ayvens Group Treasury is looking for a treasury officer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities as a treasurer will be to manage the internal funding aspects of the Ayvens Group, including quoting loans to subsidiaries and executing these loans within the funding limits granted by RISQ and in accordance with the transfer pricing policy, borrowing funds from internal counterparties, building the cash position, managing the structural risks of the balance sheet of the Group Treasury within the sensitivity and liquidity limits granted by RISQ/ALM. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our operational entities. Good interaction with the other teams of the Ayvens Group treasury based in Paris, Amsterdam and Dublin will be key.

The main mission of the Treasury Officer consists in providing performing all tasks relevant to the Group Treasury Center and specifically, but not only:

  • Quoting loans and providing funding to operating entities that are within the funding scope of the Treasury Center applying the Ayvens Group transfer pricing policy
  • Reconciling the various bank statements and making sure the related payments are accurately processed, interacting with the SG Lux back-office team if need be
  • Calculating the daily cash position of the Treasury Center and hedging it against FX, interest rate and liquidity risks
  • Monitoring the P&L, cost of funds and margins of the Treasury Center
  • Participating in the improvement of the internal processes and controls (Permanent supervision), defining and executing controls
  • Ensuring the data quality in our TMS by performing quality controls
  • Following up the entities’ dividend payment scheme
  • All other tasks part of the mission of the treasury team

  • Possess a BAC+5 certification/Master’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Be fluent in English/French
  • Have an in-depth knowledge Treasury Management
  • Be a team player
  • Master Microsoft Office tools
  • A prior experience in a bank or financial institution is a plus
