Vos missions au quotidien

We are seeking a transformational leader to head the Unified Collaboration Services (UCS) team in India within Digital Workplace Services (DWS). This role is responsible for leading an 80-member team based primarily in India, driving organizational transformation, capability uplift, and operational excellence.

You will oversee Microsoft 365 implementation, administration, and optimization, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and related services, while ensuring endpoints remain secure, reliable and productive. In addition, you will manage production operations for global collaboration services, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance across platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Cisco UC, SBCs (Oracle/AudioCodes/Ribbon), Oracle ECB, and Meeting Room AV.

New activities may be onboarded in the coming month around specific business communication tools (Trading Telephony, Symphony, Movius) and legal archiving solutions (Global Relay, Verba, NTRX).

This role focuses on service delivery, operational reliability, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the India team to support global business needs.
