CFT (Corporate Functions for IT), the department you will be working for, covers all “non-banking-specific” corporate IT and management solutions for the Société Générale group. It has a wide portfolio of activities: Peoplesoft suite, Software As A Service management, Data management as analytics, tool development.
As a mid-experienced Software Developer, you will be to running and maintaining the portfolio of interfaces between Oracle HCM and Société Générale's applications.
HCM Interface Maintenance:
o Maintenance of technical environments and developments.
o Technical support at multiple levels.
OCI Infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure):
o Administration, patching, incident management, and security audits.
o Budget tracking of compute unit (CU) consumption and FinOps approach.
Interface Flows:
o Daily supervision of interfaces.
o Management of functional rejections in HCM.
o Non-regression testing following releases and evolutionary maintenance of programs on OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) / ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), including transcoding tables on ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing).
Specific Pages:
o Incident management, non-regression testing, and evolutionary maintenance of pages developed on VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) as an extension of HCM.
Agile Management:
o Collaboration with an Agile Master to manage activities in an agile mode.
o Planning sprints while considering blocking incidents and regular service.
Et si c’était vous ?
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Cybernetic or equivalent
• Middle experience: 4 + years experience in OIC / VBCS development, including REST and SOAP APIs, orchestration
• Developing and managing OIC integrations using pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP web services, File based data import/export (FBDI), HDL)
• Developing customizations using Visual Builder or APEX or VBCS
• Experience in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation
• Experience in ATP DB (Oracle Autonomous DB)
• Configuring OIC connections (SOAP, REST, FTR)
• Handling Transformations and orchestration of interfaces between systems
• Implementing fault handling and error resolution mechanisms
• Good understanding of IT projects lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
