Senior Analyst - Client Reference Data

Roles and responsibilities
Ø Gathering of data from different sub teams of Data management and Data sourcing team.
Ø Representation of data for Bi-Weekly calls with stake holder for different sub teams.
Ø Chairing the bi-weekly calls, logging the action items, following up with seniors, leads and managers on the completion/progress and reporting the same during weekly connect with stakeholder.
Ø Adhoc requests on Data consumption/sourcing/remediation/utilization of resources etc. in short span of time.
Ø Representation of data in a simple and effective manner for management to take quick decision basis the data presented.
Ø Support operational activity along with above said responsibilities (Operation activities will be trained post joining)
Technical Skills:
Ø Advanced Excel Skills – well verse with advanced excel functions and formulas to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
Ø PowerPoint Presentation – Create and format PPT to effectively communicate findings and recommendations, adjusting formats as needed for various business requirements.
Ø Power BI Expertise – Develop, maintain, and enhance power BI Dashboards and report to visualize data and track KPIs.
Ø KPI Preparation – Design, prepare and present various KPIs in multiple formats as per business needs.
Ø SQL knowledge for data extraction, querying and analysis
Ø Publication of KPIs- Publish and disseminate KPIs in formats suited to diverse business requirement.
Operation skills
Ø KYC Referential Knowledge: Apply knowledge of KYC regulations and referential data to analysis and reporting tasks. Which is an added advantage.
Ø Knowledge on investing banking to understand the requirement better and suggest on solutioning.
Ø Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ø Analytical skills to derive suggestion out of data analysis.

We are looking for an experienced senior analyst preferably form operations team having the experience on KPI management and data representation type of roles. to join our team. The ideal candidate should have advanced expertise in excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, with a strong ability to prepare and present various KPI in different formats tailored to business needs, A background in KYC referential knowledge is a plus. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business.
