Vos missions au quotidien

Under the supervision of the Head of Legal & Compliance, the VIE HR makes the link between the HR external partner in Hamburg, local Managers, and Head office in Paris on HR related topics. The VIE also works in close cooperation with the General Manager on matters related to the HR strategy including the compensation package.

He acts as a local HR Business Partner, as such he provides support to the managers and is in direct contact with the 40 employees of the company for HR related services.

With the support of HR branch locally and in Head office he has the following responsibilities :

·       Participates in the definition of the local HR Strategies: Recruitment, Onboarding, Training plan, Evaluation campaign, Compensation, Employee Benefits …

·       Contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR local processes and initiatives.

·       Provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring consistent application of HR policies.

·       Prepares and maintains basic HR reporting and workforce data.

·       Supports training and development activities in line with business needs and budget.

·       Contributes to internal HR communication

·       Participates in HR projects and local initiatives, working autonomously within defined scope.

·       Liaises with Head Office and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with group policies and practices

Your profile

Graduated with a Master degree from Engineering school, Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources and/or Process Management

Previous experience in HR would be appreciated

Good analytical skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Proficient/Good command of MS Office

Fluent in English

German at least B2 Level or appetite to learn the language on a daily basis
