Consultant Software Engineer - MSBI

Minimum 10+ Years of Rich Experience on Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MSBI solutions using SQL Server using TSQL, SSIS, SSAS.
Define and implement end-to-end BI architecture using MSBI stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SQL Server)
Design robust data warehouse solutions (star/snowflake schema, data marts, OLAP models)
Contribute on application enhancements, conduct POCs on various improvement initiatives and ensure their implementation, and handle DevOps and infrastructure-related aspects for the applications. 
They will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive engagement within the AFP BI community
Establish ETL frameworks and data integration strategies
Create scalable and performant data models and semantic layers
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards
Oversee development of ETL pipelines (SSIS) and reporting solutions (SSRS, Power BI)
Design and maintain SSAS cubes (Tabular/Multidimensional)
Ensure performance optimization across queries, ETL, and reporting layers
Provide solutions for data quality, lineage, and metadata management
Act as a technical leader and mentor for BI teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams
Translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and best practices enforcement
