Responsibilities

Exchange Department is a part of back office, responsible for settlement and monitoring of execution of Cash Management products, in particular: credit payments (including FX foreign exchange part, direct debits, settlement of treasury transactions, visa cards, cash pooling and others).

Our mission is to provide and support to business in range of Cash Management products and deliver high quality of service.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Processing of domestic and international payments including correspondent banking activity; settlement of cash collections, Visa cards, cheques; ALM transactions and MARK transactions on customer accounts

  • Collaborating closely with Middle Office and other Departments to ensure accurate and timely processing

  • Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules

Profile required

  • You have exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams

  • You have 1+ years of experience in an operational role within banking

  • You are fluent in Polish, communicative in English and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Knowledge and understanding of banking products and settlements in payments Back Office will be an added value
