Agent in Back Office Post Exchange - M/F/D

The Back Office Post Exchange team handles account reconciliations across multiple currencies, as well as settlements and claims. We work closely with the Middle Office, who communicate with clients, and the Exchange team, who oversee daily payment operations.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Processing of claims and investigations for related product and processes (mainly credit transfers and direct debits)

• Monitoring and reconciliation of nostri and internal accounts including justification and regularization action

• Processing of charges and  corrections

• Cooperating with other Departments of Societe Generale

• Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules

• You have experience working in a back office within a bank or financial institution (ideally around 2 years)

• Alternatively, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in a finance‑related field

• You understand banking products and settlement processes (SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET, etc.); experience in commercial payments is an advantage

• You speak very good English and Polish (fluency in French will be an asset)

• You enjoy working both in a team and independently

• You are attentive to detail and maintain exceptional accuracy

• You are curious and take initiative
