Agent in Back Office Post Exchange with Italian – M/F/D
Responsibilities
Tasks and responsibilities:
Processing of claims and investigations for related product and processes (mainly credit transfers and direct debits)
Monitoring and reconciliation of nostri and internal accounts including justification and regularization action
Processing of charges and corrections
Cooperation with other Departments of Societe Generale
Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Higher Education
- Authorisation to work in Poland
Language skills:
- B2/C1 in English, Polish and Italian (written and oral)
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products and settlements (SEPA, SWIFT, Target), especially in commercial payments will be an added value
- At least basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment and very good organization of work
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to take initiative
- At least Bachelor's degree or work experience in a bank/financial insitution
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
