CFT (Corporate Functions for IT), the department you will be working for, covers all “non-banking-specific” corporate IT and management solutions for the Société Générale group. It has a wide portfolio of activities: Peoplesoft suite, Oracle Fusion HCM, Software As A Service management, Data management as analytics, tool development.
As an Upper mid-experienced/ Senior Agile Master, you will be in charge of the Agile@Scale implementation and improvement over multiple stakeholders working on Human Resources tools.
Specifically, you will be required to:
Oversee IT delivery for HR related business in France HCM/ HR systems.
Coordinate IT teams from Romania, India and France.
Coordinate and align two feature teams on two HCM applications (master and slave) for a target end-to-end IT operations activity, entitled mirror team on France.
Act as a facilitator and the primary point of contact for Global alignment of the mirror team on France with other feature teams on HCM app for other geographical regions.
Communication bridge with Reporting and Integration teams. Maintain alignment and communication with other internal teams, such as: security, infrastructure, local HR etc.
End-to-End Workflow: oversee the process from data input to final output processing and ensure a smooth flow of work between teams.
Contribute to the set up and continuous improvement of the governance and Agile@Scale way of working. Organize and facilitate global level ceremonies and local French ceremonies.
Stakeholder management: work closely with Product Owner, local HR team and other stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets specific requirements of French legislation.
Change Management: Collaborate with business and IT leadership to drive change initiatives.
Remove impediments: proactively identify and remove delivery obstacles in team’s progress.
Handle complexity: coordinate and manage dependencies between multiple teams, applications.
Coach Agile Principles and ensure Agile@Scale implementation across multiple teams and value streams. Work with Chapter Manager and Domain Manager to implement organizational change.
Work with Chapter Manager and Domain Manager to monitor key metrics to measure effectiveness, cycle time. Report on progress and insights to stakeholders and other Agile Masters. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in processes and tools.
Foster a Culture of Collaboration.
Profile required
Required Skills and Qualifications
French and English fluency (B2+)
Proven 4+ years of experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in large-scale Agile transformations.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies.
Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable to work in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of HR services domain is a plus.
Nice to have: Agile certifications such as Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
