Agile Master
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Agile Master to join our Fixed Income Credit team at Société Générale Global Business Service Unit Warsaw. This role will operate within the Market Technologies and Operations (MTO) division.
The team consists of developers and technical leads distributed across multiple locations. We are seeking an expert who’ll drive priorities, contribute to removing blockers, and ensure the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
You will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, development teams, and end users, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined, prioritized, and tracked.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into clear and prioritized backlog items
Acting as the central point of coordination between multiple Development (C#/.NET) Teams, Partner Teams and other business stakeholders across the organization
Identifying and tracking blockers and outstanding actions, while presenting solutions, recommendations and trade-offs
Maintaining clear visibility of ongoing initiatives, team workload and delivery progress status, while providing regular updates to involved stakeholders
Driving open topics to resolution by securing required decisions and inputs, proactively following up on actions, and escalating where necessary
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
You have experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Master or similar role within a technology environment
You are fluent in English
You have strong (senior) stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage priorities, dependencies and blockers while driving topics through to resolution
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structure
You are fully proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Appreciation and understanding of financial markets, in particular Credit/Bond Trading, as well as previous exposure to C#/.NET applications and microservices environments are highly desirable.
