Responsibilities
Mission:
Société Générale S.A. Warsaw Branch is currently looking for an Agile Master LOAN IQ in connection with the Structured Finance activities expansion.
Your goal will be to ensure an Agile Master role in an Agile environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Promote Agile practices in the Feature Team: promote, organize, and animate Agile ceremonies, follow up of team velocity & capacity planning, ensure project slicing with definition of MVP
- Sustain Feature Team members to reach main goals: projects deliveries, ensure production stability (level 2 support and monitoring) and promote continuous improvement activities for the team and the whole Tribe
- Sustain Feature Team members (with the help of Chapters Managers) to ensure good level of knowledge (functional and technical)
- Ensure good level of reporting: projects follow up, deliveries, budget
- As a member of the Agile Master Chapter: participate in continuous improvement activities
- Play a Business Analyst role
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Banking/Finance and/or IT
- Functional knowledge in Structured Finance and Loan IQ software is a must
Language skills:
- Fluency in Polish and English
- French will be a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Agile methodology skills
- Test oriented approach
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and collaboration with colleagues from different professional and cultural backgrounds
