Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support our Chief Operating Officer with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage billing processes, coordinate communications with onshore teams and assist in streamlining operational tasks. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Profile required

  

• Billing and Invoicing:
• Process and track invoices and billing transactions accurately.
• Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.
• Work with finance teams to maintain up-to-date records for billing cycles.
• Coordination with Onshore Teams:
• Act as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams to facilitate smooth communication regarding operational codes, billing issues, and workflow processes.
• Coordinate the dissemination and updates of SOFI codes (or equivalent internal operational/billing codes) to ensure consistency across regions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Gather, analyze, and consolidate data related to billing, operations, and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards to highlight key operational metrics for executive review.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process optimization in billing and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and document minutes for discussions related to operational improvements.

• Manage Landing Plan

• Support business with regular resource movement, hiring updates
• Assist in other operational tasks as assigned by the COO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Attention to Detail:
• Ability to process detailed financial data and maintain high levels of accuracy in billing and documentation.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with onshore teams and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex data and operations for a varied audience.
• Organizational Skills:
• Proactive in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and handling the dynamic demands of a busy COO office.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Aptitude:
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or billing software is preferred.
• Basic understanding of operational codes and billing processes (experience with Pyramid or similar systems is a plus).
• Team Collaboration:
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Problem-Solving:
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot operational issues and propose effective solutions.
