Responsibilities

- Preparation of KPIs and KRIs related to Operational Risk management

- Preparation of presentations for the monthly Internal Controls and Operational Risk Committees x operational risk appetite levels defined in the RAS (Risk Appetite Statement)

- Monitoring and updating of internal controls

- Management of operational incidents: investigation, formalization, and definition of action plans to mitigate risks

- Analysis of risks related to hiring third-party services

- Assistance in the periodic review of department policies, in compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines

- Preparation of regulatory operational risk reports

- Perform activities related to crisis management and business continuity

- Perform activities related to information security, including access control, protection and confidentiality of information, analysis of the effectiveness of implemented controls and processes

- Actively participate in internal projects to implement new controls, products, or processes, in a transversal manner, in order to ensure that risks are properly identified, measured, classified and mitigated, within the scope of the 1st line of defense for operational risk (qualitative analysis and quantitative)

Profile required

- Fluency in English

- Advanced knowledge of microsoft office package, especially Excel VBA (creation and maintenance of macros to automate processes)

- Previous experience in risk management, auditing or consultancy
