Analyst - Fund Processing Services
Responsibilities
· Process all dealing instructions received (Subscriptions, Redemptions, Stock transfers, Switches …etc.), ensuring that each transaction is processed accurately and in line with the fund prospectus respecting internal controls and procedures.
· Ensure all the necessary fund reports are delivered on timely manner required by all parties related to the fund.
· Ensure monthly management data which includes Productivity Report, KPIs,,etc. are updated and reported to management as required
· Candidate should possess good knowledge on Transfer Agency process, with expertise in clearing payments and settlements process
· Candidate should have knowledge on IBAN, Swift and Payment related controls.
· Should hold investigations skills to check if there is any issue in payment getting settled.
· Should know the payment flow between internal and external cash flow
· Completing checklists and controls to ensure that all tasks have been completed
· Interact with other team members and management to continuously reduce risk and improve efficiency and productivity within the team
· Keep line management informed of client issues and their progress and highlighting to management any client concerns/complaints as a matter of urgency
· Address queries in a professional and timely manner and prioritise to ensure the delivery of a first-class service
