Analyst - HR Ops
Responsibilities
'The incumbent will support Asia - HR Services on:
- Perform Onboarding procedures for new joiners
- Manage the Human Resource (HR) Application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable
- Widely work on PeopleSoft tool.
- Contract preparation, Managing employee data and updating changes as required in HR systems
- Updating new joiners records and maintaining records
- Updating terminations in HR systems
- Generation of letters as required for employees and business lines
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received Human Resource (HR) Reporting
- Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, Analyse the report trends
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received partners & teams
- Provide Policy and Procedural support to staff - both Verbal and Written communication
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received financial accounting
- Prepare and post Journal entries related to Human Resource (HR) payments
- Perform reconciliation of monthly payroll and Human Resource (HR) accounts
- Prepare and post entries for accruals and provision.
- Timely delivery of Scheduled Reports and data for Dashboards
- Delivering daily operations with high quality and no errors
- Proactive identification of the gaps and addressing the same on a regular basis. - All risk prone areas/steps/actions to be identified and addressed with the respective Team Lead & Manager.

- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Bachelor/ Master’s/ Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- 2 -3 years management experience in HR (Especially handling ASIAPAC Operations)
