Responsibilities

'The incumbent will support UK team On:-
- Perform reconciliation of monthly payroll and Human Resource (HR) accounts
- Adhere to information security guidelines of Societe Generale Global Service Center (SG GSC)
- Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyse the report trends
- Provide Policy and Procedural support to staff - both Verbal and Written communication
- Maintain utmost confidentiality of the information received Financial accounting
- Prepare and post Journal entries related to Human Resource (HR) payments
- Prepare and post entries for accruals and provision.
'-Processing and checking monthly Payroll , Pensions and Benefits activities for UK.
-Ensuring accurate validation/ reconciliation of HR accounts.
-Ensuring all payroll inputs are received consolidated and sent to the vendor
-Ensuring all payroll related activities are processed on time as per the calendar
-Coordination with vendors to ensure timely delivery of payroll
- Good client management skills
- Flexible to work across shifts and time zones
- Good communication skills
- Display solidarity with team members and partners
- Ability to grasp and understand the process quickly and support the team members.
'- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
- Good Knowledge Process mapping & Process documentation.
- Good Knowledge of MIS and reporting to work on daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Experience of working on HRIS systems (PeopleSoft & Taleo).
Timely delivery of Scheduled Reports and data for Dashboards

  • - Delivering daily operations with high quality and no errors  
    - Proactive identification of the gaps and addressing the same on a regular basis.
  • All risk prone areas/steps/actions to be identified and addressed with the respective Team Lead & Manager.

Human Resources (HR) Executive Requirements and Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Experienced in conflict resolution processes
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- 2+ years management experience in HR
