Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 HR Operation Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency of HR operation by analyzing HR Data, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.

·       This role involves managing HR Systems, reporting and data integrity while collaborating with various HR Functions to drive process improvement.

·       Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines.

·       Responsible to Perform all HR Ops activities with 100% quality & as per agreed timelines. Process Expertise on Onboarding, Off Boarding & Work Force Administration.

·       Compliance & Auditing

·       General HR Support

QUALIFICATION

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration / information systems, or related fields

·       2 + Years of experience in HR Operations, data analysis, or a similar HR role.

·       Strong knowledge on HRIS platform (E.g.: Peoplesoft, Workday, Oracle)

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics tools.

·       Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills
