Responsibilities

Job Description- 

• Create and maintain training activity records for Asia sessions.
• End to end training admin process (co-ordination, scheduling, liaising with various teams to set up the venue, infrastructure, sending invites)
• Quarterly Training Calendar preparation.
• Complete Learning admin tasks – generating registration link, session setup, event set up, promotional emails, nomination drive.
• Resolve requests from users, including troubleshooting and Case management.
• Understand learning requirements from the Stakeholders and Create Sessions in appropriate format.
• Manage stakeholder reviews, implement feedback and obtain signoffs throughout development cycle.
• Complete reports as necessary, and present to stakeholders on monthly / weekly basis for Technical sessions.
• Complete periodic reporting & analytics activities for Technical sessions.
• Vendor Management- end to end Coordination.
• Invoicing Process - Splits to be completed on time.
• Attendance marking, Session coordination, Feedback collation & maintain records.
