Responsibilities

The Client Referential Department serves as the “golden source” for client data within SG Warsaw. It is responsible for ensuring the completeness, consistency, and quality of client information across all local referential systems.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

  • Verification of legal documentation

  • Updating client databases based on received documents

  • Maintaining quality of data processed in reference systems

  • Administration of framework agreements

  • Daily communication with the teams in the Bank's Head Office

  • Document archiving

  • Preparing reports and presentations on the scope of department activity

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

  • You have started or completed a university degree

  • You have a good command of Polish and English

  • You have advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • You are familiar with basic corporate legal documentation (e.g.: power of attorneys, documents delivered to respective registers)

  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and accuracy, and can work effectively both independently and in a team, even under time pressure
