Responsibilities

On a daily basis you process: 
* Record on a daily basis the OTC and ETD products received by email
* Validation / quality check of the OTC products according to cut-off time
* Retrieve the proof of ownership of All products on a define scope according to cut-off time
* You proactively propose process optimization
* You participate to process review and tools enhancement projects
* You ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by management are correctly applied
* Help build high level of risk awareness by identifying proactively identifying anomalies in process & controls and alerting management about self identified issues
* No Data breach (DLPs)
* Reporting: ensure the reporting with all metrics & analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
* Issue management: Daily supervision from a trade managment perspective of any issues, technical or operational, which may have a negative impact on the successful execution, or which increase the associated risks. Ensure that incident and issues are escalated according to strict guidelines and track in the appropriate tools. Understanding of impact on clients and downstream departments, minimizing impact.
> Cross over sessions
> Participate actively in CI gems League 
> Transparency , autonomy and effective communication to be displayed
>  Upskill by attending training scheduled by L&D
>  Key focus on Client centricity (Onshore and Stake holders) Target VOC > 9
>  Good knowledge of MS Office applications
> Able to handle work pressures and adhered to deadlines 
> Able to work in non-standard working hours and during Indian holidays
>  Understand the upstream and downstream of MOS
> Ensure the SOP are updated on a timely manner
> Completion of all production activities to be in line with agreed procedures for smooth Audits. Understand the end to end process and guide New Joinee on the same.
> Work with Manager to establish the right control frame work for the process 
> Manage the flow of day-to-day operations for your Scopes - 
> Risk mitigation in the process - to ensure the risk are identified and mitigations are in place to avoid impacts
> Demonstrate and be a advocate for changes and collective mindset.
Ownership on Email and Workflow management to avoid escalations
> Influence valuable changes and positive outcomes
> Establish an open discussion for decision-making
> Establish ownership for the result orientation with regards to the production
>Contributions towards SGSS OKR defined for 2025. on the Secure Business, Client Experience & Transformation
• Ensure Quality in daily production is maintained and comparitively improve the quality percent by 10%
>> Enhance knowledge on Derivative Products and Swift Message.
