Analyst Real Estate Structured Finance (m/f/d))

You will contribute to the structuring of Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance transactions, as well as the follow-up of on-going deals. Your main tasks will include:

 ·         Conducting financial analysis and modelling the considered projects (preparing and customising financial models supporting financing mandates)

·         Performing relevant risk analysis of real estate financing opportunities

·         Preparing and presenting credit requests while ensuring that internal requirements and guidelines are met

·         Assisting in negotiations of term sheets and loan documentation

·         Assisting in closing of transactions

·         Assisting in preparing project information memoranda

·         Participating to the marketing and origination efforts of structured debt business opportunities

·         Handling of commercial, financial and legal due diligence

·         Reviewing the documentation before closing of the transaction

·         Assisting in other transaction requirements such as E&S, KYC etc.

·         Ensuring the on-going risk-monitoring of existing loans

·         Providing day to day transaction support to the team

The client scope of this activity will be Private Equity Funds, private and listed REITS as well as Financial Institutions (insurers, banks and financial investors, including pension funds and sovereign wealth funds).

Experience & Technical Skills:

• Master degree in Finance or similar from a business / engineering school
• Ideally previous experience in a similar or related role in an investment bank or financial institution
• Strong analytical skills and risk awareness
• Financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in English (written and orally) is required; basic knowledge in German would be a plus

Within the Global Banking & Advisory business (GLBA), we are looking for an Analyst to join the Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance team in Frankfurt.

You will provide execution and origination support capability for leading roles in structured finance transactions in the Real Estate sector.

You will closely cooperate with other Business Lines (Syndication, interest rate derivates, corporate finance).

You will report to the Head of the Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance team in Germany.
