Apprentice digital project manager (H/F)
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the strategic partnerships department, you will work on projects and tasks dedicated to commercial activities with our international manufacturer partners in coordination with our subsidiaries. The main language will be English and you will evolve in a multicultural work environment.
Main missions on the Project and Coordination part:
- Management of simple organizational projects to support our Partnerships Department in the implementation and industrialization of digital and eCommerce projects with car manufacturers. Develop, supervise and assist in the validation of Business Requirements. Follow the schedule and communicate to the various contributors the milestones of the implementation phase. Participation in the steering committees.
- Documentation: maintain the knowledge base of the Partnerships Department
- Participation and support in the framing of new project
Missions on the Digital Marketing part:
- Manage Data visualization and Analytics projects from various current and future projects.
- Ensure good knowledge of the data and the good collaboration of the Data teams sourcing the data visualization and analytics tools.
- Consolidation of business needs and support in the creation of reports and dashboards of partners activities
Profile required
Skills required:
- Degree Bac +4/+5
- Analytics skills
- Synthesis mindset
- IT skills :
- good knowledge of excel and Microsoft 365 apps
- knowledge of Power Query and/or powerBi is appreciated
- knowledge of Google Analytics is appreciated
- Spoken & written languages :
- French & English (B2+)
