In Your Asset Manager Future Role you will:

•                Optimize the Bank's portfolio of locations and asset management

•                Ensure negotiations and finalize acquisitions/rentals/disposals

•                Manage the evaluation process and the risks of depreciation: evolution of real estate markets, compliance with standards, anticipation of future standards.

•                Take care of the profitability of real estate assets and develop various hypotheses for the valuation of real estate assets (increase in rental areas, for example), the policy of rents, improvement of the portfolio and control of charges

•                Analyze the performance of buildings, occupation rate and makes arbitration decisions (non-operating asset disposals)

•                Manage and ensure the existence of the property documents related to the buildings, the maintenance of the archive and their records.

•                Ensure the performance management of the persons under its direct coordination, establish and evaluate their individual performance objectives

•                Assist the subsidiaries on the management of the real estate portfolio as necessary

Profil

Our team suits you if you have:

•                Higher education ideally complemented by a specialization in real estate

•                Business school/ Engineering school supplemented by specialized training in real estate/asset management

•                Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 5 years in real estate.

•                Expertise in real estate, acquired either within a captive real estate company of a group with a significant real estate portfolio or a Broker

•                Commercial expertise

•                Strong negotiation background

•                Managerial experience of specialized teams

•                Strong tax, legal, accounting, and financial skills

•                Knowledge of real estate valuation software and financial simulations is appreciated

•                English competences are essential

•                Project Management Skills

•                Interpersonal skills and persuasive power to convince people of the merits of their investment proposals

•                Taste for negotiation and business sense in dealing with the various players in the real estate industry

•                Anticipation to make the best trade-offs and sense of initiative
